How it works

How Advisa works

The engagement

Four steps.

  1. Start with the opportunity. The commercial owner names the counterparty, the promise, the proposed terms and the decision that is waiting. We do not begin with a review of the business. We begin where a commercial idea has to become something operations, legal, finance and the rest can support.
  2. Select the point that matters. Every arrangement has a few moments where somebody has to be permitted to act, another party has to be able to rely on it, and a condition has to already hold. An approval. An intake. A release. A certificate change. A payment. A notice. One of them is chosen, because a decision is waiting on it.
  3. Ask every function the same questions. Commercial defines the promise. Every other function says what it provides, what it needs before it can provide it, and what would make it qualify the promise or stop.
  4. Make the offer accordingly. The handover is a conditions-to-offer reference: what is ready to promise, what can be offered with named conditions, what needs confirmation from the counterparty, what should not be offered yet, and who owns each next action. It travels with the opportunity into negotiation, contracting, onboarding and implementation.
One consequential point

What one account looks like.

At one consequential pointThe account
What is the promise? We can bring this lot into controlled custody.
What must be true?Appointment in force, approved location, identifiable goods, authorised staff on site.
What proves it?The intake record, the warehouse confirmation and the agreed instruction route.
What stops it?Conflicting instructions, an unapproved location, or an unclear control scope.
What becomes possible?A precise offer the customer and its financier can each assess.

What remains with you

The control record, the conditions-to-offer reference and the open decisions.

When a term, a party, a requirement, a figure or a location changes, the next version is considered against the same reference. Nobody reconstructs it from separate conversations, documents and memory.

Boundary

The boundary

We work from the material your people are authorised to share. Where an answer is unknown it stays open and is assigned to the person who has to establish it.

The method is informed by the discipline of multi-party transaction systems: explicit authority, evidence, conditions, states and exceptions. No ledger is required and none is built.
